Cycling

I really enjoy cycling and like to get on my bike as often as possible. My preference is off road mountain bike riding, which I find exciting and challenging. However as well as cycling for fitness and fun, I also try to commute to the office by train a few times a week with a 5 mile cycle at the office end and it certainly keeps me fit.

In 2011 some former colleagues and I cycled along the South Downs Way over three days, if you would like to know more about this event please take a look here….

The challenge for 2012 is to tackle the South Downs again, but this time over two days. This is going to mean putting in a lot of miles, and you can see my progress week by week by looking at my blog. once the event gets a little closer I will start putting the South Downs Way 2012 page together… watch this space.
